Stewart Jack - Joint Managing Partner. Stewart started his banking career in the UK, and after a period with Samuel Montagu he moved to the UAE for ten years working for ADCB and NBAD. Moving into consulting, he spent a number of years in the Middle East, UK and latterly in E Europe where he was managing partner for Deloitte & Touche IT and Banking Practice. He undertook many projects (strategic and tactical) including restructuring, privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, change management plus IT software evaluation and procurement negotiations on behalf of client. He was then appointed MD of Sanchez Computer Associates, a Philadelphia based banking software and services provider. Stewart built the international business, identified and managed the formation of two significant JVs in India and Poland and built an independent EMEA team. Stewart has since worked on a number of assignments with various equity funds. As Executive Director and COO Hebros Bank Bulgaria, he refocused the business and directed the whole change management, process and IT program, resulting in the successful sale of the bank to Bank Austria Creditanstaldt. Since establishing Lurista Stewart has managed a diverse number of assignments. In his leisure time Stewart is a mountaineer and has experience in Antarctica, Himalayas, Andes, Alps and the Arctic.
